At TimeCresta, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.
1. Return Period
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Used or worn items
- Damaged products caused by the customer
- Discounted or sale items (if marked final sale)
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
5. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping cost
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos as proof
- We will offer a replacement or full refund
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them
- After processing or shipping, cancellation is not possible
